Problem: Annually wellbeing and behavioral issues in the workplace lose companies billions. Over 40+ million blue-collar and mid-tier workers in the US lack adequate access to coaching, wellbeing support and learning. Traditional EAPs and training solutions are too expensive, too complex, underutilized, and/or not fit-for-purpose.
Mission: To democratize access to work and life skills through AI-powered psychoeducation and behavior change tools. We help businesses drive productivity and wellbeing for un/underserved workforces.

The Mindtain Difference
Scientific Basis
Mindtain combines proven educational practices into an evidence-based AI-driven methodology offering scalable, accessible work and life skills coaching. Our coaching content, designed by fully accredited therapists, aligns with American Psychological Association’s (APA) best practices and guidelines. Outcomes and metrics go beyond self-reported analytics and, provide an immediate “employee pulse.”
Workplace Focus
Mindtain provides both work and life skills training to address behavioral and subclinical wellbeing needs. Work skills covers topics such as dependability, communication, and teamwork. Life skills provides more in-depth training on managing stress, negative thought patterns and, emotional self-regulation. It is ideal for learning or refreshing how we think, relate and behave in the workplace.
Open Ethics
How AI is being used on your workforce should not be a black box. For employers, Mindtain provides transparent access to AI System Prompts and Finetuning Guides. For employees, only aggregate anonymous data will be shared with their employers. There will be no tracking, no advertising and limits on data retention. Mindtain will be an early adopter of new AI standards and guidance.
Interface
The Mindtain app is the main interface for users. It is easy to use, intuitive, and offers 24/7 immediate chat-text support. Based on employer objectives/user preferences, a structured training plan is generated to support each user with their own challenges.

Reinforcement Learning
The psychoeducational content is structured to ensure principles are learned, practiced, and applied through a five-step cycle: Formation, Action, Reflection, Promotion, and Revision. These include scenario discussions, real-life tasks, and self-reflective journaling.
Human-in-the-Loop
Mindtain AI delivers the personalized skills training and support overseen by APA-accredited supervisors. Human-in-the-loop (HITL) actively monitors and supervises the AI-user interactions - not limited to the initial finetuning and set-up.
Foresight
Prevention is better than intervention. Mindtain proactively addresses challenges that, if left unaddressed, could become acute problems impacting your bottom-line. This psychoeducational coaching provides plans and toolkits to build a solid work and life skills foundation.
Bespoke Programs
Mindtain can design bespoke modules for significant company events such as mergers, workforce reduction, new site openings, mergers, etc. Industry and government clients’ evolving support needs can be catered for at speed - only AI can offer this to small and medium businesses.
Employee Pulse
Based on anonymous aggregated data across voice, text and, journaling, Mindtain can provide an immediate employee pulse. Standard reporting can be adapted to specific business needs as long as the reports remain HIPAA compliant.
The Mindtain Journey

Work and life skills are delivered in microlearning 10-min sessions with personalized AI assistant. APA-aligned methods and practices are presented in a no-nonsense and down-to-earth manner.

Based on the microlearning module objectives, users select tasks to practice and test their new skills and behaviors. Tasks could include turning up 10 minutes early for shift 3 times a week, seeing how it impacts you and your workmates.

Journaling allows users to reflect on their experiences and how valuable new principles and ideas are in their own workplace. This can be done by voice or text - no need for a keyboard.

AI voice and text chat is available to help users practice, reflect, and adapt the principles to the reality of their workplaces. AI makes use of the user’s learning plan and previous interactions to build reflexive solution-based chats.

Daily check-ins are gamified to support ongoing mapping of moods and open new conversation lines. Users can gain deeper insights into their own behaviors and challenges.

I am a Clinical Social Worker and mental health entrepreneur with deep hands-on experience of helping people manage their challenges while being gainfully employed.
